We are a company based out of San Diego, CA. We mainly service Northern San Diego. We offer parties outside of the main area of operation but there may be an additional long distance service fee. The main area of operation is from between the following freeways: the 78 - (north limit) to the 15 - (east limit) to the 56 - (south limit) to the 5 - (to the coast no limit) and back to the 78. If you are within a short radius of the area of operation there may be no additional long distance service fee.

We bring our fun to you with free delivery and set up, safety instruction at the beginning, and optional ad ons like cake! When the party is over we will clean up, tear down, and have it look like we were never there!

We require:
Minimum a 15ft x 15ft unobstructed entertainment area.
Host is responsible for any damages
Host will be responsible for appointing a safety captain
The safety captain’s responsibilities are to monitor children as well as enforce safety practices

We’re still trying to optimize the website, but for now the easiest way to schedule your event is with our 2 steps. Step 1 is building your cart where you add the package and any ad-ons you’d like. When you are satisfied with the items in your cart you can click the step 2 button which will take you to the scheduling page. After you select your time slot you will be directed back to your full cart where you can secure your spot with payment.

Our cancellation policy, as outlined in our contract, states that any cancellation before 7 days in advance of the event will be fully refunded no questions asked. A cancellation within 24 hours is 50% refunded while a cancellation within 12 hours is non-refundable.
In the event of a harsh weather event (detailed in the contract) that rends the event unsafe, we give the option of either a full refund or free rescheduling.
